Card - To Stamp or Not To Stamp - Just Kidding

I'm so excited about
this card. I needed to make a fast simple
card and this is what
I came up with. I used
the stamp set Just
Kidding. The card
base is Watermelon Wonder cardstock,
one of the new
in-colors. The patterned paper is from the new Cherry On Top 6x6 paper stack coming out in the new Annual Catalog. I will have a list below of the other items I used. Click on the YouTube tab above to go watch the process video.

Layout - Miss Priss - Stacked With Love paper pack

I had a Virtual Crop Saturday May 16, 2014, so therefore, the layouts. I used "Stacked With Love" paper pack for the layering. I then pulled out some items from my stash. I think it came out pretty good. I love the designs in the paper stack.

Layout - Yes Weiner Roast - The Great Outdoors stamp set

I want to do a layout using "The Great Outdoors" stamp set so this is what I came up with. Started out with white cardstock. First I stamped the chair, fire, branch, ants and flashlight. I was trying to get the night time affect since the picture was taken at night. I used Night of Navy ink for the sky and Always Artichoke for the grass. I then went over the whole page with Smoky Slate. The sky still didn't look dark enough so I went back over it with Basic Gray. Still isn't as dark as I would like but will do.  I used some Stampin' Write makers to color the images. Pulled out some alphas for the title and here is my layout. What do you think?

Making Circle Embellishments

I've been playing a little making handmade embellishments. I used several Stampin' Up! punches. I saw a few YouTube videos about making your own embellishments and thought I would try it. I had a lot of fun.

I have a list of the punches and stamps I used if you would like to purchase them.

A Special Suprise

Sunday being Mother's Day I made cards for each of the mothers in our church. I case'd a card from Pinterest.

This is my cards. What do you think?

Then I made nine more!

I had so much fun making these cards. It going to be fun giving them out because one is going to have something exciting in it.
Each year I have a little something for every mother then I have a drawing for a special gift to one mother. This year instead of having a drawing one card is going to have $25 in. But no one will know that until the cards are handed out. I then will tell them to look in their cards. One person will find the $25. I can't wait. I'm excited and I'm not even the one that will get it. LOL!

If you would like to know the items I used to make these cards I have a list below.
