Layout ~ Happy Mother's Day

I worked on a layout today. The paper I used is from The Wild Hare Kits. This layout is a challenge I'm in called Bring You Own Challenge (BYOC). We have a new challenge each week.

With this challenge we used a sketch from Pinterest.

 When I use a sketch I try to follow it as close as I can. Here are a few photos of my layout.

For anyone familiar with the Big Shot, you know that there are different types of dies. With the new annual catalog, we decided to create a system that will help you more easily navigate how to build your sandwiches for different types of dies in the Big Shot.

Gone Fishing

This page is of my grandson fishing on 3 different days.
I made a grid background from scraps. To tone it down a little I added some gesso. I used 3 photos; faux stitching; and a sprinkling of Heidi Swapp Color Shine, Black Velvet. I used a variety of fishing stickers I picked up from Hobby Lobby and Michael's.

I really enjoyed doing this layout. It is a challenge for a Facebook group I'm in.

Hello Guys!

This layout today is using The Wild Hare Kit Club kit I purchased last month. The paper is from the Maggie Holmes Flourish collection called Goldenrod. I cut the triangles and the photo mat from the Maggie Holmes 6x8 paper pad, Flourish. The "words" paper is a piece of catalog paper someone gifted me.

The chipboard pieces are from the Maggie Holmes Flourish collection.

The enamel shapes are from Shamille's  Box of Crayrons collection.

 

The alphas for the title are some I had in my stash by Recollections.

 

I did this layout for a challenge in Scrapbook.com. I really enjoyed doing it.

I finally got my video uploaded. It just finished about 7:20pm and has
been uploading since 6am this morning. 13 hours!!!! These new video
editors are driving me crazy.
